Direct Pay Prices

Transparent and predictable

Medical Solutions
New patient and visits for full body skin check-ups (includes simple destructions with cryotherapy): $225
Follow up visit (includes simple destructions with cryotherapy: $175
Destruction of skin lesion(s): $150
Retreatment of skin lesion(s) or repeated injections of intralesional steroids: $100
Biopsy procedure (procedure fee, per site): $100.

More than 3 biopsies incur a maximum charge of $300
Dermatopathology/biopsy interpretation (dermatopathologist fee, per site, $100 (for uninsured patients, per specimen); note: for insured patients, it may be covered by your commercial insurance.
Miscellaneous labs, blood work, cultures (no fee, may be covered by your commercial insurance, usually billed directly to you by chosen lab)
Medicare patients: we will bill Medicare directly according to their guidelines. 
Surgical Procedures
Excisions, by time (usually requires an additional fee for dermatopathology, which is typically covered by your commercial insurance; if no insurance, requires $100 for dermatopathologist)
  • 30 minutes: $300
  • 30-45 minutes: $450
